nice hotel

A very nice hotel and staff in a good location to explore the area. Bed a little to firm for my taste.

Customer Service

The staff at this hotel is very friendly and helpful. I was mistakenly booked into a smoking room and the hotel was full. Someone cancelled and they called me to switch rooms after I was already using the room. Very nice.

Wonderful place to stay.

Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. The best breakfast ever in a hotel. Most accomidations, indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, internet with printer, washer & dryer....newspaper in am. Would stay here again!

Great Value in Alamosa

The service at this hotel is excellent, from the front desk to the breakfast supervisor to the hotel housekeeping. The hotel is one of the newest in Alamosa so it appears nice and clean. Also, parking is very convienent, as there are plenty of spaces! I enjoyed the continental breakfast that was included! The choice was abudnant and it was organized and clean! Plenty of food! BUT... The beds are very uncomfortable! I found myself tossing and turning all night. Also, we had noisy neighbors who kept slamming the doors at the wee hours of the night. So evidently the walls are quite thin. However, for the limited choices available in Alamosa, CO, this hotel seems to be an acceptable choice for a quick stayover.
