The front desk folks were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and very fresh-smelling. The heating/AC worked fine. Beds were comfortable, but if you need a specific pillow, I would recommend bringing your own. I have neck problems and hotel pillows are never just right for me. Beds had nice comforters on them. The room was small, but adequate. The hotel breakfast was outstanding--four types of cold cereal, plus instant oatmeal, egg and cheese omelets, bacon, sausage, French toast, several kinds of breads, muffins, and wonderful cinnamon rolls. Also had yogurt, milk, juices, coffee and tea, and fresh fruit. My only complaint would be the poor quality bathroom and facial tissue products in the room. If you like a good brand, pack a roll and box of your own.

Overall everything was pretty clean. The staff was more than hospitable, and the breakfast buffet was shockingly good!

The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The service was excellent. The staff to a person were very accommodating. I needed to conduct some business the last day of my stay that would take me past my check out time. I asked to stay an addition 3 hours and were gracious enough to comply and were very pleasant to all my associates. Service was better than many 4 stars I've stayed.

this was a really nice spot for the money, but had higher expectations for the pool and hot tub. pool was cloudy and hot tub was bright yellow. i had booked this spot to relax after snowboarding due to holiday inn's reputation and expected that we would have a clean hot tub to relax in. was afraid to go in either..... will not stay here again.
