Good hotel

Good hotel, especially liked the continental breakfast. Not sure if worth the money I paid for my room. But it was comfortable, clean, friendly, and easy to get to.

Great location

Location is great - in the middle of Rockvale Outlets and 2 miles from Tanger Outlets. Good breakfast; nice room; comfy beds, pillows, etc.

dirty room

we were given a smoking room. when we asked to have housekeeping spray the room we were told we could buy room spray and do it ourselves! as soon as we got home we had to wash everything even our clean clothes!

Great breakfast

Loved the hot breakfast! Close to outlets and to Dutch Wonderland.

It was ok, not outstanding or bad just ok

Carpets were stained and worn in room I booked a non smoking room but non were available when I arrived, staff offered to spray room with Fabreeze but they never did, I when out and bought a deodorizer and did it my self.

Great location!

This hotel is a great location for shopping the outlets or going to the American Music Theater or Dutch Wonderland. The hotel staff was friendly, the maintenance guy was prompt (when we reported the the tiolet wasn't working properly) and the room was clean and comfortable. We especially liked that there was a refrigerator and a microwave oven in the room!

Great Get Away

Took our 6 year old granddaughter to Lancaster. Holiday Inn Express was a great place to stay. It was close to all area attractions, especially Dutch Wonderland! Room was clean & sofa bed she slept on was comfy! Our king size bed was great too! We all loved the pool. Our room opened up to the pool area, very convenient. Breakfast was good too, with a lot of variety. Will definetly stay there again in October when my husband is singing at The American Music Theater - directly across the street!

We liked our room and the king size bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and we like the refrigerator and microwave combo.

Right for the Price

The location is a big plus. Close to two large outlet complex's. Many places to get a fine meal at reasonable rates. Attractions are in close proximity to the hotel. The outdoor pool was very nice. The breakfast was excellent. Overall a very nice hotel.

Love this hotel

Clean room, except that refrigerator and air conditioning did not work in few hours, but we were able to have a good night sleep, good breakfast, convenient hotel for shopping.

Great room for the money.

Staff very friendly and helpful. We had a slight problem with our room upon arrival, but the situation was taken care of immediately. Excellent location. Can't get any closer to the outlets. Complimentary breakfast was a definite plus!
