everything was nice, the staff was very welcoming, breakfast was great and hotel is very clean.

Great value for the price

I was very delighted with the quality and the cleanliness of this hotel. The price paid was very worth as it had a nice LCD tv, a cozy and comfortable queen bed, bright lighted apartment, a complementary breakfast, office services like printer, scanner, wireless, lounge area etc. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Niagara.

Very nice

It is a few miles from the Falls, but the lower price and high quality made the drive worthwhile for us. Nice room with a very clean bathroom.

GREAT SERVICE

The personal was always in touch, I had a problem with my bag at the aireport and people at the front desk in the hotel help me for recover my bag so fast.

Comfortable Stay

This is a newer hotel that is a comfortable distance from the falls. We were able to drive to find parking near the falls. First room had several flies in the window and the floor was not clean. Went to the front desk who immediately changed our room. The next room met our expectations, however, housekeeping did not change linens from the night before. They only made the beds. Otherwise, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were comfortable. Please note that this is an express hotel so services, such as housekeeping, are not available at night. The full breakfast was wonderful and the interaction with guests was delightful. Overall we had an enjoyable trip with minor mishaps.

Satisfactory stay

Our original room had several flies in the window that kept reappearing. The staff quickly issued us a new room as requested. This is an express room, so keep in mind housekeeping is not available at night. The breakfast options were wonderful which made the price paid per night a little more reasonable. Hotel room, design, beds, and bathroom were nice. Compared to other hotels on the American side of the falls (which appeared very old and worn), this hotel appears to be one of the better ones.

Great staff, comfy rooms, very clean!!!!

Good location, close enough to the Falls and other attractions, plenty of parking. Elevators are fast, always ready. Hotel staff very friendly, personable. Good breakfast and really good coffee. Beds very comfy, I mean very comfy, and high quality linens and towels. Walls could be thicker and better insulated against sound from hallway and from neighboring rooms. All in all, a good place to stay and get a good night's sleep.

great room for money

The desk staff were very friendly, and eager to please sharing with us information regarding local restaurants, pubs, etc. The room was clean and comfortable, we would return again to this location!

Very comfortable stay

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bright, and very inviting. No old carpet smells on the hallways and the room was not stuffy. We wanted to stay an extra night and they gave it to us at the same rate, which was fantastic. The included breakfast was one of the best we've had. The only set back was the distance from the Falls, but the comfy bed made up for the drive. Overall, we had a good experience. Definitely recommended.
