Nice, clean room

Very nice, clean room for the money. Shuttle service was a little confusing at airport p/u, not a big deal. Coffee was good!

Needs Improvement

We paid for a one bed suite and were given a room with two double beds. The shower had no water pressure, and the door to the bathroom was warped and barely closed. The bed linens had a sticky feeling to them and it was very difficult to get to the hotel from the freeway.

A Great Find!

My husband and I stayed there with our 3 kids aging from 9 - 14 for the Fourth of July weekend. The service was great and the hotel was clean... but my overall favorite things about this hotel were the locations of the pool and breakfast areas. The pool is located in the center courtyard of the hotel and not off to the side behind a stonewall like a dumpster as in many hotels. The courtyard boasted nice greenery, tables, chairs, lounge chairs, a gazebo, and even a bbq pit! All of this made the pool VERY inviting! So inviting it was the first time we actually used a hotel pool! The spacious breakfast area was off to the side of the lobby and the hotel staff was very attentive. The entire area was kept clean and the food bins were kept full. The only drawback to this hotel was the distance from Six Flags, and Downtown Dallas. However, I think because this location is off the beaten path it's what made it a nice place to stay. We'll definately stay there again! It's totally worth the drive.

Great room for the money

Everything was great, not much to do anywhere close but the hotel was fine.

Great Room -nice beds

This hotel was conveniently located at the DFW airport. The entrance was hard to find and their were some one way streets to deal with, but it wasn't a major issue. The room was spacious with small fridge and microwave and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. They have a small but nice pool and breakfast was fair.

Hotel good; customer service needs improvement

Hotel was clean and looked great. We arrived after 11 p.m. and were informed that the shuttle from the hotel was not available. Left a piece of property at hotel and when hotel was contacted that evening we were told that they had no way of finding out if it had been recovered until next morning. When we contacted the hotel two days later we were told that someone would contact us later in the day...call never returned.

Amazing

I can not believe how much we got for the price. The staff was outstanding! Check in was a breeze. The amount of space in our suite was beyond belief.

Awsome Hotel

The room far exceded our expectations. The only issue was that thier was a picture of a hot tube and we were looking foward to relaxing but when we got there thier was no hot tube. But the hotel was outstanding.

Great Deal!

Everything was great! We had to drive a little way to get to my family and the Rangers Ballpark, but i love to drive so it was no big deal. The hotel staff could be a little bit more friendlier.

Was pleasantly surprised when we arrived! We went up for the weekend to attend a Rangers game and see family and the moment we walked into the lobby, it was beautiful! Our room was spectacular and spacious! The Continental breakfast was fantastic! Lots of options and plenty of space to eat. My husband and I go up to Dallas every year and we are definitley coming back!
