Trip Type: Family Review 16 of 67Excellent Location
The room is huge with the very tall ceilings and has great views of the city. The staff was friendly and the location is convienent to a lot of venues. We would definitely stay there in the future.

Trip Type: Romance Review 18 of 67Honeymoon suite was awesome!
We stayed in the Honeymoon suite for our 5 year anniversary. The room was very clean, there were plenty of towels and two TVs! The breakfast was very good, and the only problem we had was there wasn't a lot of hot water in the morning, but they apologized and compensated us for that. Parking was $12 and that was as much come and go as we wanted, and it was very close to the hotel. Overall, we would love to go back!

Trip Type: Business Review 19 of 67Gorgeous Hotel
Historic feel with beautifully renovated rooms. Hardwood floors in the spacious rooms. Employees were helpful and friendly. Close to many restaurants, House of Blues and shopping. Located near bus line. Very convenient location. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to my next visit!!

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 20 of 67just okay
the room was big but uncomfortable. The elevators are scary. We didn't sleep at all because of the banging of some door down the hall. Not sure what it was but every hour or so there was a big bang.. sounded like a door being slammed. It was close to the Quickens Loan Arena but that was it. The price of this hotel is way over what I would pay for this type of hotel.

Trip Type: Romance Review 22 of 67Not exactly what I had in mind
I booked and paid for a smoking room and I received a non-smoking room for my girlfriend and myself. My room was advertised as having a Jacuzzi and there was nothing of the such. The complimentary breakfast was standing in line for 30 minutes for a couple of paper-thin slices of microwaved bacon-in-a-bag. For the money I spent, I was expecting triple the experience and that is being generous from a low-maintenance couple. If it's between sleeping in your car and this hotel, by all means pay for a comfortable bed to sleep in. If it's between this and any other hotel in the city, please be smart and research more hotels before you settle so quickly.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 26 of 67Excellent Room for the Money
This is the third time we've stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Cleveland, and we've been very pleased every time. The rooms are enormous and well appointed, the beds are very comfortable, and the free breakfast has lots of delicious choices. Extra perks include a nice, if basic, workout room and a beautiful lobby in an historic downtown building

Trip Type: Romance Review 27 of 67Call Ahead
We loved the hotel except the check in process was a little crazy. I called ahead because I had read other reviews with the same problem. When I called the main hotel they did not have our reservation but when I called the 800 number and they had us listed. Make sure you call ahead!

Trip Type: With Friends Review 28 of 67Very nice hotel
We stayed at this location to attend a concert and were very pleased. We will stay here again the next time we go to Cleveland. Everything we needed was in walking distance, and the staff were very nice and helpful.
