Great Staff

This hotel was great! They were very helpful, gave directions, were extremely accommodating and friendly. Very clean, linens were fresh and everything was spotless. If am staying in the area again, this is where I will return without a doubt. The location is prime, right by the Mall of America, we drove there and parked and were able to take the train right into the city. Additionally, they have an hourly shuttle that take you directly to the Mall of America. Rate was very reasonable.

Good room for the money

The hotel was clean and recieved good service. The room was very small, but it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was a basic breakfast served, cereal and eggs. I would recommend this if you want a clean place to sleep, but are not planning on spending much time in the room with kids.

DONOT COME TO THIS HOTEL!

THE HALL WAY OF TO THE ROOMS EITHER SMELLS COMPLETELY LIKE SMOKE OR ITS SMELL LIKE SOMEONE WENT AND LIKE SEWAGE. IT WAS REALLY GROSS! THE ROOMS WERE EXTREMELY SMALL WE EITHER BUMP INTO ONE ANOTHER IN THE ROOMS OR YOU HAD TO SIT DOWN FOR EACH OTHER TO PASS ONE ANOTHER! WE WERE EXCITED ABOUT GOING SWIMMING UNTIL WE SAW HOW SMALL THE POOL WAS ACTUALLY WAS! I HAVE NEVER WENT AND STAYED AT A HOLIDAY INN AND THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME EVER STAYING THERE! VERY SAD AND DISAPPOINTED!

Great room for the money

The room was nice, but a little small. In addition, the only real negative aspect of the room was the fact that there was no additional sink outside of the washroom. No big deal though. We were happy with the friendly driver of our shuttle to the mall. The shuttle service itself is a very nice "perk" also. The in-room fridge was also a plus. I stayed with my family and would do so again in the future.

needs cleaning

the snack/ice machine room was extremely dirty!!! it looked as if someone had taken pop or other liquid and just dumped it and there was toilet paper on the floor, dirty pillow case and several other items I cannot mention. I wouldn't get ice from there. Ther was a young lady at the front desk who made the stay pleasant!! She gave directions very well, switched our room out for us as someone had been smoking in a nonsmoking room.

Great room and great deal

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The only suggestion for the hotel is to pay more attention to cleanliness of common areas; the elevators and front doors are probably bagging for attention the most.
