Trip Type: Romance Review 2 of 7Nice hotel for a reasonable price...
Reasonably priced hotel with great accomodations. I had a suite...the room was quite large with all the amenities. Clean and comfortable and very quiet. The pool was warm and the jacuzzi hot. Great views of the Tehachapi mtns from the pool area. The front desk make check-in a breeze. And if you ask they have a free coupon for appetizers at Jakes Steakhouse, one of the better restaurants in town. Only two drawbacks...the hotel is 'out of town' by about five minutes, not far at all but it does mean you can't just walk to a restaurant as you can with the rest of the hotels in town. And we didn't bring a toothbrush so we called the desk; they offered us one gladly but we had to come downstairs to get it. Obviously if you are dressed for bed, this wasn't really possible. A minor quibble certainly. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Tehachapi! And I have stayed in almost all the hotels in Tehachapi at some point in time...my feeling is that this is the best.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 7It's you're typical Holiday Inn
Its clean, functional, but it's no Ritz Carlton. The only thing that makes the room cost reasonable is a free self serve breakfast

Trip Type: Special Event Review 4 of 7Great except for one thing!
I didn't know that hotels in California still had smoking rooms. Although I requested a non-smoking room, there were smoking rooms on my floor and my room smelled of smoke. The hotel staff quickly accomidated my request and moved me to another floor. I do however, recommend if you are sensitive to that smell, make sure you are not on the third floor.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 5 of 7Great Hotel
This hotel was great; reasonably priced, very clean with comfy accommodations! Not being from the area, it's conveniently located off of Highway 58 near the Highway 202 Junction! I will definitely be a repeat customer!! They provide continental breakfast and "fresh" baked cookies in the evening!! ;)

Trip Type: With Friends Review 6 of 7needs improvement
train noise - noisy hotel guests - need to check smoke alarms because my chirped all night - food from prior guest left in my room had to dump trash myself - need to hire employes that care about customers not young people that haven't got a clue . I've stayed here before and it was fine I'll look into other hotels next time.
