Good Hotel

The hotel has recently been remodeled. Everything was very clean. The staff members were friendly and helpful with directions.

Would not stay there again

To start its a "okay" but the its in the hood. I never left the room after dark unless I was with a friend. There is a train that goes around the hotel all night and day.. it blows the horn at 6 in the morning. I changed rooms to try and get away from it but its the same no matter which room you are in.. Also there is a hugh gap in between the door and the floor. You heard everything just like your door is completly open. when people are coming abck in at 4 and 5 in the morning you are hearing them. the room itself was nice but I would never stay there again.

Great Room for the Money!

The Hotel was very clean and welcoming upon arrival. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful with directions etc.The beds were very comfortable! I would stay again. The only problem I had was finding fast food restaurant's close by for my children, we were on the go and location for fast food was not assessible, and the hotel restaurant closed at 9:00pm, otherwise it was a very pleasant stay!

Needs Improvement

We picked this hotel for the location to Love Field Airport in Dallas, TX. We wanted a pool for my Granddaughter to use. The rating of the hotel was ok. We were put in a room on the 8th floor, which was fine with us. The room was musty smelling and damp. The pool was green and unusable. Our room was leaking water from the ceiling and one of the beds was broke. We were moved to another room on the 9th floor. The smell in that room was no better and it was damp also. We sprayed perfume in the room so we could stand the smell. These things can be fixed. The employees were very nice.

Great room for the money

Hotel was in a great area. Easy access to downtown and surrounding areas. Room was very clean. Air condition did not work properly. Was warm in room at all times. Everything else was great. Good food at resturant and great bar on 1st floor.

It was okay

The hotel was really close to downtown, which was great. However, it was kind of a pain to get to, and we couldn't find places to eat around it. The pool was closed (it was green). Our A/C was broken, so the room was freezing. They sent a guy up to fix it, but it didn't really help much. The worst part is this hotel is about 100 feet from a railroad track. You hear trains going by all hours of the day. If someone told me that, we never would have stayed there.

This was a really great place to stay at. The rooms were great, spacious and relaxing. The only thing was that its near a commuter type rr, so once you get over that sound ur fine. Other than that its a good pick.

Great room for the money

Overall my stay was a pleasant one. My family and I were there for vacation. The only thing that I did not like was being charged extra for the refrigator and the microwave. The staff was very friendly and extermly helpful. I would stay again and refer my friends and family.

OUTSTANDING HOTEL

WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY AT THIS HOTEL. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. I WOULD DEFINATELY STAY HERE AGAIN.
