Don't be fooled by the outdated 70's facade, inside the hotel it's modern and in good shape. Check In - the girl didn't seem to want to be there but I didn't have any hassles. Room - In good shape. Nice flat screen tv. Only problem is that the walls were paper thin. I heard EVERYTHING going on in the hall as if there were no walls at all. Room Service - The burger contents were good, but the bread was totally stale. I was starving (having driven 500 miles without a break) so didn't want to wait. They rang and ensured that I was enjoying my food,a nd offered to replace it when I complained. I declined but privately resented having to pay 18% gratuity when the bread was stale, HOWEVER - they removed the burger from my bill. I really appreciated this. Breakfast - good. Good selection, good quality. Check Out - Quick and easy. I'll stay here again

The hotel staff was friendly. Our room and surrounding areas were clean and well kept. The king-sized bed was pillow=topped and very comfortable. WiFi was easily accessible. Overall a great room for the price. We couldn't be happier.

The hotel was great, the workers were very helpful with everything. They had directions on hand for any place that you wanted to go too, ie "Rock and Roll Hall of Fame". Nothing bad to say about this hotel.
