Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 18Not Good!
Hotel was old and dirty, I don't know how they keep their accreditation. Restaurant was so understaffed they told us it would be a thirty minute wait before the waitress could even take our order. Would never stay there again.

Trip Type: Family Review 5 of 18Well-priced hotel for the Berkshires
I chose to stay in this hotel because it was the only one in the general Berkshires area that did not require a two-night stay and that was reasonably priced. The accomodations were bare-boned but entirely adequate. The staff was friendly and willing to extend my checkout time by one hour so that I didn't have to rush through my breakfast on the morning that I left.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 6 of 18Good Choice for the Area
Holiday Inn experience and met our expectations for the area. The hotel is showing its age but is clean and presentable. I found the desk staff to be especially helpful and professional which is always a plus. We felt that we received our money's worth.

Trip Type: Family Review 8 of 18Three Stars out of Five
The room was okay. The noise level from the over abundance of motorcycles in town when we were there, was unbelieveable. Also, the air conditioner worked during the day, but shut off at night, so it was hot. The food in the restaurant was good. However, the fruit plate had pineapple and oranges that had turned, so there was a "bite" to them. When I sent it back, they brought me another with the same problem. The restaurant itself was very clean and the wait staff was awesome! Looking around the area, this hotel was the best around. So I would recommend it.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 9 of 18Good affordable place
Pleasantly surprised by the hotel. A good spacious room that overlooked a gorgeous view of the nearby hills and town. We were on the sixth floor. Easy access to county highways, Mass Mocca and main street. Very typical holiday inn located in a very beautiful location.

Trip Type: Family Review 12 of 18A predictable Hoiday Inn experience
The purpose of our trip to North Adams was to visit Mass Moca, which was a very short walk from the hotel. It's a predictably pleasant Holiday Inn experience. The views from the guest rooms are quite nice. The indoor pool in the basement is a little run down and depressing but my two kids didn't seem to care. Although I didn't use them, the fitness facilities seemed quite impressive. Breakfast service in the hotel restaurant was quite slow but the friendliness of the staff made up for that small inconvenience. North Adams doesn't offer many great dining opportunities. For a decent dinner, I recommend either the Cafe Latino, right in the Mass Moca complex or a terrific little brew pub that's right across the train tracks from the hotel. (Ask the hotel staff how to get to the brew pub as it's a little counter-intuitive.)

Trip Type: Romance Review 15 of 18Great for a getaway
A block away from the Museum of Contemporary Art, and 10 minutes drive to the entrance of Mt Greylock. We spent Valentines weekend there and it was cheap, but fabulous. The hotel restaurant is freshly re-opened, and the food was exquisite and the wait staff very attentive. Free open wireless. Very hot bath water (in a good way). Cons: Non-flat screen tv. The heater fan was noisy, but it got hot quickly.
