Clean, beds and pillows were ample and comfortable. Pool was nice, and warm. Physical plant was dated, and room heating system was outdated and noisy. Staff were courteous and pleasant.

The only plus to the location was that it was right off major highway. Otherwise, there is nothing around for miles. The hotel itself is very evidently old and in need of some upkeep. We paid more for a 2 room suite only to find that the doors to the bedroom did not close properly and were made up of mirrored glass so there really wasn't much of a separation. Also, the pool is surrounded by very slippery tiles that slope downward for drainage. Very dangerous!

Service was good but I had to move my room because of mold and road noise. Hotel is in the middle of an industrial park. You must travel to get meals and there is nothing to do on down time. The room was quiet when I was moved away from road. Second room was clean. Hotel is 10 miles from downtown Pittsburgh. In rush hour that took an hour.

Everything was perfect except the highway right by which made it a little noisy, but it was perfect getting into Pittsburgh for the Steelers game. Beds were great, hotel was clean, and staff was very friendly. Great VALUE.

The room felt clean, it was close to the highway and made traveling in and out of the city quick. The staff was friendly they printed directions for us, and was very accommodating. We needed a clean safe place to sleep, close to the city at a good price...that's what we got!

Very nice and clean hotel. Rooms were large enough that the kids had plenty of room to play. Pool was big and clean as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 13A Mixed Experience
This hotel was a pretty good value for the money. They recently had a fire in the kitchen, so there was not restaurant service available. There was another restaurant that had agreed to deliver food. They provided a nice breakfast, though. The layout of the floors was confusing. There was some sort of coating on the bathtub that made it slippery. I stayed there two nights, and it was like that both times I used it. The staff was helpful and courteous, with one exception. The hotel is near my client's office, so I will probably stay there again if I have to go to Pittsburgh.
