    The front desk person needs to learn what customer service means. I waited at front desk to be checked in, the maintenance staff went to get front desk girl from manager office. Also, I noticed that other people during the night waited as I did and there was not an apology. Also, front desk did not know about the use of the gym across the street for hotel guest. I was told by the gym personnel when I called and what the requirements were. The front desk only response was that people at hotel.com lied about Holiday Inn having treadmills to use.

    Toilet seat was so yellow. Non-Smoking room smelled of smoke, and the bathroom door handle had masking tape on it.
