Nice room for the money

The room was comfortable, LOVED THE PILLOWS, only stayed one night but was satisfied. If I need to stay there again, I wouldn't hesitate.

Awful Hotel for the money

I've stayed at a number of Holiday Inn's over the years. To say the least I was shocked at this hotel. The staff is non-existent. When we checked in I had to stand at the desk 10 minutes before anyone even showed up. The two young ladies working were in the back office socializing. When we checked into our room the smell was awful. Never figured out what that was, but the hotel was full so we couldn't move rooms. The maid came and left towels (that had holes in them). She didn't even attempt to make the bed just straightned out the covers a little. When we checked out someone elses information was on our bill. I told the receptionist about this isn't me or my info. She said that's was ok, and wanted my credit card to charge the room. Of course I refused to give it to her since I had already paid through hotels.com.
