Very Busy - Not Ideal for Relaxing Getaway

We were staying at the hotel because we were attending a Rams game the next day. We arrived in the early evening to a packed lobby and long line at check-in. Upon check-in the concierge explained that the room we had booked (and already paid for) was no longer available, but offered to put us in a room with two double beds. The accomodation was not ideal, but we were glad to even get a room. There was also some type of convention happening at the hotel, so it was hard to maneuever to a different section of the hotel to catch the elevator. The room had a great view, and decent amenities. The cleaning job looked a bit hasty, but nothing that caused us to change rooms. The location is incredibly convenient, and the discounted parking rate offered by the hotel beats paying for parking at the garage. The restaurant and hotel bar was nice as well, and we had some great appetizers and drinks. Overall, I would probably stay there again, but not during baseball or football season.

Hotel staff were excellent, went for a small bach party and was greeted as soon as we entered by the staff recognizing that! Great location, clean, cab service very speedy! Nice classy place to stay.

Great Location

The room was average but the location was great. It was within walking distance to everything that we wanted to see. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and hospitable.

Great service. Great location in downtown. Perfect to watch a game at the new Busch Stadium.

Good but not Great

Service and personnal all very nice and efficient. Room nice but bathrooms are very small. Beds were comfortable and pillows were fabulous. This is a great place to stay if going to a ballgame or wanting to do things downtown. Great to be so close to everything. Would stay again if going to ballgame.

Great location for ballgames and site-seeing

I will admit, this hotel is a bit pricey. BUT, for the location in one of the most beautiful cities in the U.S, It is well worth it. I stayed in the East tower looking towards the Arch, and waking up every morning to the beautiful Arch was amazing. It says it's 2 blocks from Busch Stadium, shortest 2 blocks I've ever walked, Saved me money from having to park at the ballpark, the walk to the Arch is a little bit more, but still a very short distance. Valet parking is the way to go, as we pretty much walked everywhere. Rooms weren't huge, but big enough for my liking. Again, for the location its great. You have to request towels, and a refrigerator, but otherwise pretty clean and stuff. After the ballgame there was a bit of a line at the elevator, but I guess thats to be expected. Basically Put, if you're a Cardinals fan, or a baseball fan, you can't go wrong staying there. Or even if you just want to stay somewhere with a MAGNIFICENT view, I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Upgraded Decor, But Short On Space

The hotel was clean and well kept and the location is prime, but you can get more for your money if you look elsewhere. The room had high end furnishings and a look of sophistication, but that could not overcome the small size of the accommodations. If you like to have a great location and don't mind compromising then this is the hotel for you; but if you don't mind walking a few blocks there are places you can get more space for the money.

Patio

We love to stay at the Hilton so we can sit outside on the patio before the game! Easy to walk right to the stadium and downtown area.
