Great Hotel

Parking is $10 per night

"Excellent Hotel"

Great place to stay. Great price!

Newly rennovated, modern

This hotel worked well for our one night stay before flying out of the STL airport. But, beware, parking is $10 per day, of which we were unaware.

They charge 10 dollars a day for parking which you don't know until you get there

Careful of additional parking fees and when it was 109 degrees they closed the pool

Needs Improvement

The hotel room was nice, however, there was no ice machine on the floor that I was staying on. It was inconvience for me to go down two floors to get some ice. As the Hilton St. Louis Hotel Airport, there should have been ice machine on every floor, so that guest could get their ice. This did not happen, and I was dissatisfied with this service.

Loved the stay

Best part was we stayed with the kids. We left after a day at Build-A-Bear. Came back and they had tucked the animals in, with a note that said they were "chilling out till we came back". The girls loved it.

Ok for the money

The hotel was ok. It is an older building that has been remodeled. Pool water not very clear. There is a $10.00 a day parking fee that was not mentioned.

Was very nice. Staff was kind and helpful.

Very Disappointed

My family and I have used this hotel for many years when ever we would stop in St. Louis to visit family. We have never had a bad experience until this time. The lights were out in our bathroom and I asked the front desk if it would be possible to have the lights replaced. The manager told me it would be taken care of that evening. That never happened, so we left the light on by the room door so the kids could see what they were doing. The second problem was that our room was not cleaned during our last day of our visit. I asked the customer service agent how could that have happened and she just said "I have no idea". I was able to convince them to give us toilet paper, empty our trash and give us clean towels. However this should not have been an issue to begin with. It is unfortunate because we have always enjoyed this hotel. Maybe the staff had a bad weekend, but we cannot take any chances. So we will stay some where else next time and give another hotel a chance to screw up.
