Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 40Minimal Rooms, Great Service
Rooms were shabby and only moderately clean. Just on the positive side of adequate. Building is not too solidly constructed so corridors were noisy. Breakfast buffet overpriced and underwhelming. On the plus side the concierge was outstanding. I've rarely had anyone so helpful and patient, and the location in the heart of Santa Fe is excellent. A reasonable choice at a discount. Not worth full rates.

Trip Type: Romance Review 4 of 40Santa Fe Hilton
Have stayed here before and found the room condition looking a bit worn. Carpet needed cleaning and the five days we were there housekeeping didn't vacuum our room once. The beds were great and the location is excellent, but the hotel needs an interior remodel. The pool area was nice and we used the jacuzzi one night and it was way overchlorinated. Love the location and walking access to everything in the downtown area.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 6 of 40Wonderful stay
We had read several negative comments about this hotel so I was a little apprehensive. However, our stay was wonderful. The location cannot be beat for walking to many galleries, museums, restaurants and night clubs. We had a king room with a balcony that overlooked a lovely pool area. Upscale coffee and tea service were provided in the room. The bathroom had Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries available as well as Q-tips and cotton balls. The fitness room, which was free to guests, was newly renovated with state of the art machines and weights. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We were traveling for pleasure so the lack of free internet service was not a problem for us, but our companions needed to take care of a business matter during our stay and had to pay nearly $1 a minute to use the business center.

Great location. Cramped bathroom. Car parking more expensive than adjacent public parking.

This worked perfect for our trip. We were in Santa Fe on business. The food wasn't outstanding just OK.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 13 of 40Great location
The hotel was located at the very edge of historic old town Santa Fe. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go, so it was very convenient.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 14 of 40Outstanding hotel!
The staff was exceptional and very friendly. Hotel was very nice with a fabulous pool and nice workout room. Nice kiosk to check in for your flight (free of charge!) I would highly suggest this hotel as it is soooo convenient to everything and a free shuttle within a few miles of hotel when bellboy on duty. We will return again!

Trip Type: Family Review 15 of 40Location, location, location.
Great location; walking distance to everywhere. Very pet friendly. Staff was very helpful & courteous. The only negative comment I have is for the hotel bar, The El Canon. I ordered coffee there twice, both were served to me barely lukewarm. One bartender was very nice, another was just downright rude and argued with me about the difference between irish cream and Bailey's! Odd. Regardless, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
