Great Convention Hotel

Great new room, very comfortable bed and furnishings. Great pool. very convenient for the South Hall of the Convention Center. Loved that UPS was inside the hotel. Great dining close by if you have a rental car. Negatives: Spa closed too early every night. Plus the toiletries were not well stocked each day in our room.

New Hotel. Very convenient and connnected to Orange County Convention Center. Many restaurant choices in Hotel and within walking distance.

Outstanding Hotel

I was impressed from the moment we drove up to the hotel and the experience was just as pleasant once inside the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. They added to the hotel's outstanding appearance. The room was perfect from the bedding to the bathroom. I loved it!!!

Great Stay

I love it! The hotel had just opened and it was very nice and up to date. It was close to International Drive and within minutes of other attractions. The room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was great for family and couples. The lazy river was a plus! The parking wasn't free, which I did not find out till check-out time, but it was a secure location. Definitely enjoyed the stay and would recommend to others.

First Impressions Matter

Overall my husband and I were very happy with the Hilton Orlando. It's a great place to bring kids; the pool and lazy river were fantastic! The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. We had dinner in their steakhouse and it was wonderful. The only problem we had was the individual that checked us in. He was rude and told us that he would not honor the deal we got through Hotel.com. We planned on enjoying a massage in the Spa but everyone we talked to told us something different about the Resort Credit we received through Hotels.com. My advice is, if you receive a promotion through Hotels.com bring your receipt and ask to speak to a manager when you arrive. That way you can avoid the lack of communication that seems to exist between the upper and lower level employees. The rest of the staff at the Hilton Orlando was very nice and helpful.

Great Hotel

We vacationed in Orlando and stayed at the Hilton Orlando Hotel. The hotel was beautiful. The pool was the best feature of the hotel. The only bad thing I have to say about the hotel is the fee for parking at the hotel is $12.00 per day. This I thought was unreasonable if you are a staying there. The hotel should waive the fee for customers staying at the hotel. I understand the fee if you are attending a conference there or for other business. But other than that-Great place to stay with children!

Brand New Hotel and it's a great value

This hotel is brand new. The staff was really nice and the rate was very good. It's also close to everything and next door to the conference center. Great value as well.
