Nashville Hilton Downtown

This hotel is the only place to stay in Nashville if you want to enjoy the music scene.

poor hotel management

Rooms were not ready at 5:00 PM. Took one hour to get checked in and get bags to the goom. "Not accetable" bathroom was poorly cleaned dirt, hair on floor. service was slow.

Perfect location

So close to Broadway and all of the music action, but not noisy.

Wonderful Staff

They staff was very accomodating and nice, they made me feel at home during my week stay. The shower curtain was loose and engineering came right away. The food good also, but priced as most hotel food is, expensive. Same as parking and Wi-Fi. The beds comfortable though I remember Hilton Chicago being a bit better. The whole week the lobby was under construction so the atrium breakfast and bar was not open. They did start with the jack hammer after 8am which was good. The gift shop was full of incidentals. I forgot to pack watch and small handbag for walking around and found them at there to my surprise. I had planned to use the work out area and poll but when I saw I had to pass through the lobby (behind the elevators) to get to it I was a bit shy. Overall, I would stay again, and this time eat in the lobby.

Wonderful Service

I live in Nashville already, and when my friends came in town to visit, I booked the room at the Hilton. I met up with my friends for about an hour where the Valet parked my car for free. As I was leaving, I noticed I had forgotten to take a bag to the room, but the valet gentleman offered to take it up for me. Check out was a breeze, the lounge at night was wonderful and pretty comparable to other bars in the area. We booked the two room suite which was WONDERFUL! I recommend this place to everyone.

Very nice but a tad pricey

Excellent hotel, maybe just a touch pricey. Very nice rooms, but when you pay this kind of money, the parking should be included.

Wonderful hotel and staff.

The hotel and staff made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I was within walking distance to the Convention Center where my meetings were being held. In addition to the hotel, there were lots of places to eat.
