Great room for the money

Great location for our purpose, which was to be close to the port. Hotel room was clean and the view was amazing.

Perfect in every way

excellent location...about 5 miles from the Port of Miami...$10 cab ride (includes tip)...about $10 cab ride to the boardwalk...room was clean...staff charming & VERY courteous...

Outstanding Hotel

The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. The room offered an excellent view of the city and the ocean. My mom and husband enjoyed the individual coffee cups and the amenities that came along as well. The front desk clerk was very courtesy and allowed us to check in several hours before our scheduled check in time. The concierge was very helpful in getting us a rent car for the day. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who may be going on a cruise or coming off a cruise because it is within a short distance from the cruise terminal. Excellent hotel for the money!

Great hotel for the money

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. The pool area was also very clean and nice. A bit small but still very nice. The location is great if you are taking a cruise out of the Miami port as it's only about a 5 minute taxi ride from the hotel to the port. It is also very close to South Beach. By taxi it was about a 10 minute ride. I highly recommend this hotel.

My adventure

this hotel is perfect if you are going on a cruise. It is close to the port. You also aren't far from south beach. It is only a bus ride away and it only cost $2 per person. Everyone in the hotel was very friendly and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Great Hotel

This was a great price for a beautiful room. We couldn't believe how nice the hotel was for what we paid. Would certainly stay there again.

great room for money

everything was great about this hotel except the Gallery lounge service. This is an inhouse restaurant and bar. the bartenders were very poor, cocktails were lousy. Service was very slow. Took them half an hr to get nuggets for the kids. We left after seeing the poor service. But if you dont need to eat at the hotel, hotel itself is excellent, great rooms, great views, very clean, Another down side is that they dont have free parking, the garage is quite expensive, so add it to your price.

It was convient

It was clean, neat and near the port, which made it somewhat convient for travel. It would have been nice it an airport shuttle was available.

Attention Cruisers!

This hotel was a $12 cab ride away from the Port of Miami. We stayed a day earlier than our cruise and enjoyed the area for one evening. Blocks from the hotel is free public transportation, the Metro Mover. We took this train to a shopping/dining area.

Good location for travel to port

Nearby neighborhood is not comfortable, hotel stay is convenient for travel leaving from port

Outstanding Hote

I was really surprise of how the hotel looked because how cheap the it cost. My only problem with the hotel was the parking. $28 is really too high and I was force to park at a meter.

Expectations unmet

The night before my stay I stayed in a different hotel that was rated a 2 star. The other hotel had a refrigderator and microwave (in additon to TV, radio, etc..). This hotel - the Hilton - was rated a 4 star and had neither a refrigerator or microwave.
