Trip Type: Romance Review 1 of 14Old rooms
The rooms are really old, they do not give you the room that they show in the photo gallery, you get a much older room with ripped old disgusting towels and ugly stained bathrooms. We complained to the manager twice, so they moved us to the "Club Level" and to a room that is actualy the one on the photo gallery, which had better furniture, clean bathroom, new towels and a beter bed, what you would expect from a Hilton. At "Club Level" you get a lame breakfast, which ends at 10 a.m. (too early), and another food and beverage service from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. which was better. Coffee and tea are available all day long. Staff was nice, consierge services are really helpfull, parking is not expensive, but I will never stay at this hotel again because it really needs a renovation.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 2 of 14Guadalajara Stay
the spais the best the girls there give an amazing massage! I think the pool should be expanded and may be put in some slides for the kiddoes and also a poolside bar to put in some spice. The lobby is nice and spacious but I think they should hire maybe a trio or a jazz artist or someone playing some lovely mexican melodies on the piano something anything but their needs to be more life very truely yours faithful customer

Good for business trip, not near downtown and shopping mall, but it is still OK to take a taxi there

Trip Type: Business Review 10 of 14Excellent Hotel, Highly Recommended
The hotel front desk receptionists and concierge are friendly, helpful, and can speak in fluent English. The room is clean and complete with amenities such as coffee machine, iron and board, television with major news channels. The thermostat works perfectly. There is a large desk that can be used as a workspace/office space. The gym facility is excellent for fitness-conscious travelers. The sauna is excellent. The pool is decent but not that large for lap swimming. The restaurants and bar are superb with awesome ambiance and the prices are reasonable. A few downsides but not that major -- the hotel is a bit far from the downtown and airport, but taxi fares are reasonable. There is not much to see in the immediate neighborhood of the hotel. Internet is not free, 150 pesos per 24 hours.

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 14Club Level
Our first night was in a standard two-double bedroom. The bathtub drained slowely and there was no hair-dryer in the room, and very little walking space. However, for an additional $20 per night they moved us to a Club-level room was was bigger, more conveniently located and included a continental breakfast. It is worth the marginal difference to move to a club level. It was a single-king. One thing I did not enjoy was the integration of smoking and non-smoking areas. For example, in the continental breakfast area people were allowed to smoke, so I would always need to check the smoke level before eating. Also, the tap water is purified, but beware the pool water is not. My wife and I got sick for a 1/2 after we went swimming and think it was because of the pool. Also, there is a little restraunt next door that serves very good food. It was not fancy, but very tasty and cost-effective.
