Above Average

I stayed one night for a U2 concert. The place was comfortable, clean, and the service was prompt. The free Wi-Fi was a pleasant surprise.

Wonderful & CLEAN

Great Room for the money! I loved the bed, my husband thought it was to hard. VERY CLEAN. Wonderful side of town. They have their own shuttle to Busch Gardens and a very nice restaurant.

Great room & location for the money!

For the price I paid, the Hilton Garden Inn completely exceeded my expectations. The most impressive part of our stay was the fact that we did not want to leave the room. The furniture was super comfortable (king bed with individualized firmness settings for each side?! WOW!) and very clean. Our room came with a huge flat screen TV with cable. There was also a 24-hour store (Pavilion Pantry) next to guest services. It's stocked with some travel necessities and snacks/meals for the midnight munchies. Thankfully, the store had some healthy options for snacks. The location was great and felt safe. We picked this hotel for its proximity to the Ford Amphitheater (about 4 minutes away). The hotel is very convenient to major roadways. I've already recommended this place to friends.

Outstanding service!

We checked in and had a problem with the toilet not flushing properly, we mentioned it to the front desk on our way out, and when we came back a couple of hours later, everything was taken care of. The hotel room was neat and clean with modern amenities, the bed was insanely comfortable. Everyone was very friendly. Excellent hotel.

Clean and close to Busch Gardens

Complimentary shuttle to Busch Gardens that took 10mins. Clean rooms and very good service from hotel employees. Sweet TV in room. Close to busch Gardens but an hour to Clearwater beach. Absolutely worth the money.

Nice Hotel

The staff was very nice and the location was exactly where I needed to be. The beds were VERY hard and I will probably stay across the street at the Courtyard when I go back next month.
