Great location, convenient to the Spokane Airport, outstanding hotel

Ev erything was perfect. bed, cleanliness, pool, food people everything was excellent.

Restful, New, Clean

This hotel is great in many ways -- especially if you're flying in and out of the Spokane Intntl. Airport because they offer 24 hr. shuttle service and none of the other nearby hotels offer that. Beautiful pool, quiet for sleeping, good breakfast. It's kind of far out of Spokane if you're shopping or there for business. For Spokane I thought the price was 10.- 20.00 too high.

I usually just choose a hotel based on the rating, and this one does indeed rate highly. Unfortunately, had I read the reviews I would have noticed that there are numerous problems that would have definitely casued me to skip this hotel. It was exceedingly difficult to find. Two different GPS systems (TeleNav and TomTom) could not locate the hotel based on the name. It took me well over an hour of driving around in slow city traffic to finally find it. Upon check in, I was greeted by one of the two teenagers who were working the desk. They gave poor service, hardly the earmark of a Hilton. I inquired about a late check-out option, and they said I would have to call the desk in the morning (which sort-of negates the need for a late check-out if I have to wake up early to do so). The breakfast (which is free at every other hotel I have stayed in) was horrible and was $9.95 per person, no matter if you had one of everything or a simple bowl of cereal. Again, we were helped by teenage wait staff (not that there's anything wrong with teenage help, it's just that I find they're both inexperienced with customer service and usually seem to rather jabber with their lover or check their myspace on their sidekick.)

Great room for the money

We had an over night stay at this hotel located near the airport. The rooms were very spacious, and the service was very corteous. Overall it was a pleasant experience tobe picked up at the airport by hotel shuttle and and have everything go smoothly. They also offered a breakfast buffet at a decent price, which my children enjoyed.
