great room for the price!!!

I was pleasantly surprised when I entered my hotel room and saw how nice it was! Because of the great rate, I was not expecting such a luxurious room! Loved the hotel, shuttle service and convenience to the airport too!

great place to stay

we stay at this hotel often (every time we fly out of Phoenix) and it has always provided everything we need. Very close to the airport, shuttle service to the airport, and you can leave your car parked at the hotel while you're out of town. Definitely saves on long-term airport parking. Always very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Perfect for us!

Great hotel near the airport!

Wonderful rooms and comfortable beds. The suites, especially are well worth the price. Handy snacks for sale at good prices in the lobby and delicious food in the on-site restaurant. Eating by the pool was great! The pool area is very nice. We have stayed here several times and will continue to stay here when needing to be close to the airport. The free shuttle is a plus! Just a quick ride to and from the airport. However, the surrounding area is not the prettiest area of Phoenix. I'm not sure we would stay here if we weren't needing the convenience of being close to the airport.

Fantastic value

Stayed here overnight before an early morning flight from Phoenix Sky Harbor. Terrific room, great price.

Perfect Experience

We were pleasantly surprised with our visit, especially with the "affordable" price. The hotel staff was unexpectedly friendly, and everyone made sure we were comfortable. This included the shuttle driver, the evening and morning front desk staff, and the restaurant staff. The airport shuttle was quick, the rooms were large, and the food was great. As frequent travelers, we rarely come across such a perfect hotel experience.

Needs improvement

We arrived and the elevator was not working. We had to carry our bags to the second floor. I had to leave some of my clothes downstairs and when I came down to retrieve them, they had disapeared. No one from housekeeping was there to enquire as to what had happened to them. I would recommend the hotel for proximety to the airport, not for an extended stay.

Great beds

There's plenty of room to work and relax, and I loved the personal controls to make the bed as soft or firm as you like. If you're a woman traveling along, this is a great option, with an in-hotel restaurant and bar or room service.
