Smelly room

They could not guarantee a non-smoking room. The room itself was clean and spacious, but had a heavy smell of smoke. The sheets and pillows also smelled like smoke. Unfortunately we couldn't open a window to air out the room. When we complained they offered to move us to another room but it was also a smoking room and air spray. SERIOUSLY!!!! Other than check in the service was poor in their restaurant and the rest of the hotel.

Outstanding and great room for the money!

For the money I paid for 2 nights. I thought it would just be somewhere to lay my head down. But I was very wrong. This is a 4 star or better hotel. The staff was very accomadating, and allowed be to check in early. They were very professional and customer friendly. There is a very nice bar as well as a store, computer room, and a grill and resteraunt. The food was very good as well as the service. It is located right by Sea World and Discovery Cove. I would recommend this hotel to everybody.

Fantastic stay

Stayed here because it is within walking distance of Sea World. Great clean comfortable room. First class all the way. Treated wonderfully by the staff.

Best we have found in Orlando!

Would definitely stay there again. When I called they said there was a $15 charge for the shuttle to Sea World, but was pleasantly surprised to find there was no charge! Hotel was clean, employees were all pleasant and helpful.

Great value and the location was really good

This hotel was excellent from the buffet breakfast to the heated pool. Would definitely stay there again. We walked to Sea World.

Fabulous Beds & Linen!

Marvelous hotel. Great hot tub and pool. Everyone was very nice and quite willing to help with any question or problem.

Great Room For The Money

My Fiancee and I stay over one night. Customer Service was a plus. Check in was 4. We arrived earlier and they let us check in a few hours earlier with no charge. Everything in the room was nice, clean and comfortable. Accomdations were great! Only thing, the AC units would have to be updated or maintenaced. Other than that we could stay there again at no problem. Satisfied customer.
