Hilton Fujairah Resort

Location. The Hilton Fujairah is a beachfront hotel set around a swimming pool, against the backdrop of the Hajjar mountains, two kilometers from Fujairah Fort. The ancient Othman Mosque is 15 kilometers away. Fujairah International Airport is approximately seven kilometers from the property.

Hotel Features. Guests can cool off in the outdoor swimming pool or soak up the sun on the private beach. More active guests can make use of the two floodlit tennis courts or work out in the fitness center before relaxing in the sauna and steam room, or indulging in a massage. Families with children can make use of the shaded kids' pool, playground with adventure castle, kids' movies and a babysitting service. Dining options include Neptunia, which serves Mediterranean buffets and a la carte menus overlooking the pool, and seafood specialties served from an open kitchen and offering views of the Indian Ocean. The hotel's two bars offer live music and entertainment and a terrace; both serve cocktails and light meals. Multilingual staff at the tour desk can advise guests on local attractions and there is an on-site beauty salon, gift shop and foreign currency exchange.

Guestrooms. This three-story hotel features 99 guestrooms with balconies overlooking the ocean, pool or garden. In- room amenities include satellite television, air conditioning and minibars.

Expert Tip. Fujairah is the only Emirate of the U.A.E. that is almost totally mountainous. All the other Emirates, like Dubai and Abu Dhabi are located on the west coast, and are largely covered by desert. Therefore, Fujairah boasts a higher than average yearly rainfall, allowing farmers in the region to produce a meaningful crop every year.
