Fantastic Service

I was blown away by the service of the front desk staff at this hotel. The valet were very polite and the restuarant staff were also very friendly. The spa manager also bent over backwards to get me in for an emergency massage and gave me a deal. My room was spectacular and had an awesome view of the beach. Pool was great and hotel was 5 minutes from teh airport. My favorite part was the shower-- it was amazing. I did not want to leave. The only negative was that there is only valet and it costs about $30 per day. So be warned if you plan to rent a car.

the rooms were spacious and comfortable with million dollar views. the pool area was very nice. the staff were friendly and helpful, if not always efficient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay on Ft. Lauderdale beach.

Staff initially very friendly but this did not last.

First night the turn-down service was not performed. Staff were clinical, going through the motions but without warmth or apparent sincerity. I only saw after booking it that the car parking charges were so high. So for that matter is everything else. You have to pay extra for Wi-Fi, for example.

Excellent

Beautiful, clean, exceptional customer service, nice pool, nice views,... No negatives. There is nowhere else we would have rather stayed.

Nice, but Deceptively Affordable

The hotel was beautiful, and you can't beat the location. The staff was very, very helpful and friendly. My room was very nice, but painfully cold, and there seemed to be no way to turn down the air. Disappointed in the cost of everything at the resort. I paid a great room rate, but ended up spending way more than if I'd stayed somewhere much more expensive. Charges for everything- $30 for valet, extra fees for room service, $10 to use the business center, extra cost to print anything, $15 to sit on a beach chair.

OUTSTANDING HOTEL

The Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort is a beautiful hotel.The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The staff at the pool were very friendly and very quick with your every need(getting you your chair,towels,food or drinks.) I give them a 10..The only thing I didn't like was it cost $30.00 a day for parking,and $10 for the chairs at the beach.But overall the the hotel is a perfect place to stay.The rooms are very spacious and comfortable ,we had a oceanview King Jr,suite we loved it. We would stay again the hotel is outstanding.

Nice hotel ~ perfect location

Extremely comfortable bedding, relaxing jacuzzi bathtub, separate convenient shower with full rainshower head.

Be carefull!

29.50 a day for parking!!! Hotels.com do not say any about this extra fee.

Outstanding Stay

Hilton on the beach has a great location within walking distance to nightlife, restaurants, and shops. THe staff were excellent and outgoing. I would stay at the Hilton again and recommend this hotel to others. The beach is located right there and the pool is nice too. Never had any issues with getting a seat at the pool.
