Make Sure You Get What You Requested

We requested a non-smoking room and they gave us a smoking room. When we asked, they said that the NS Room was a request, not a guarantee. However, they worked it out and gave us a NS Room. The walls are thin. We woke up to a poker party early Monday morning around 1:15 AM. Note the walls are thin. The party ended at 2 AM. Note: If you are allergic to down, let them know ahead of time and they will provide blankets and foam pillows for what is in the room. Others probably know this, but not all hotels have down products so we didn't think to ask until the next day.

Great Place to stay for a weekend in the Metroplex

It was my third time to stay there I had an awesome time during my visit.

Very pleasant

My manfriend and I stayed here one night and it was very pleasant. The bed was really really comfy and we are very mature so we played alot with the plentiful throw pillows. We didn't use many of the hotel services (like room service or the restaurant) so I can't speak to that but we were overall pleased with the place. We did feel really dumb when we didn't find the refrigerator until right before we left (it's in the cabinet under the TV). The only issue we had was that there was not a bathtub but rather a stand alone shower. I feel like I didn't get the impression that was the case from reading the description on Hotels.com and the Hilton site. Maybe I read it wrong and should have known but in case anyone else is wondering, the King Lakeview room did not have a tub. But it did have a nice view of the lake!

Beautiful Hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, gorgeous views of Lake Ray Hubbard, friendly staff, the hotel room was very clean and elegant. Overall great stay.

Outstanding Hotel

The rooms are large and extremely comfortable. It was nice to have restaurants, cinema, etc. right there on the grounds!

Beautiful hotel!

We only stayed one night, but the hotel is beautiful and we had a great view of the lake! There are plenty of places to eat and a movie theater w/i walking distance, so we had a lot of fun! We actually drove over to Shenaniganz and had a blast! The hotel staff was super nice which always makes it better!

Fabulous hotel, great location...no complaints, other than a loose toilet seat!
