Wonderful

I booked our room w/out knowing that the hotel was going through renovations. Having said that, even w/ the construction being done, they stay was fantastic. The staff was wonderful and very polite. They were accomidating and went the extra mile when needed. I would most defly stay here again!

Needs Improvement

Had to pay for parking and internet service. The hotel was also going under renovations with were a hassle to have to detour around constantly.

Wonderful deal

We were there at a very busy time (OU football game) and I thought the hotel did a wonderful job with their guests. We got a good deal and a good hotel.

Needs improvement

The hotel's age is showing and it is in the need of major infrastructure upgrades. Room needed painting and new fixtures. In this age where small hotels off free wireless internet access, it seems out of place to pay for internet access when you are already paying a premium for your room.

Ridiculous Extra Charges

I stayed in this hotel because I got an amazing deal with hotels.com, but I would not stay here again. We were charged 12 dollars a night for parking, 20 dollars for two days of internet access, and the in room movies were more expensive than in other hotels I have stayed in. It was ridiculous. In addition, I did not feel like the room was four star quality, especially the bathroom. It was more like a 2 1/2 star hotel. I can honestly say that I have stayed in three star hotels that had MUCH nicer rooms. This will the first and last Hilton I ever stay in.

Great hotel, loved the pool, and their towels were big and fluffy. Great staff. Best hotel we have ever stayed in for the price we paid!!
