old torn up furniture, no internet in room, poor at best

Absolutely Terrible Service

The service was terrible. Room service did not show up until after 6pm which was after I had to call to request the service. Phones for the front desk rang without answer on several occasions. I had to wait over 3 hours to get clean towels. Front desk staff was very rude. Got to the hotel after 1pm and had to wait until exactly 3 pm to check in. Front desk made no effort to check for room availability.

GOOD ROOM FOR THE MONEY

GOOD ROOM FOR THE MONEY. BRREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED AND WAS VERY GOOD. CARPET WAS VERY WORN, OTHER THINGS NEEDED WORK. IT WAS A GOOD VALUE, BUT WE'VE STAYED AT MANY HILTONS AND THIS ONE NEEDED RENOVATIONS TO MEET THE EXPECTATIONS OF THE OTHER HILTONS WE'VE STAYED AT. STILL THOUGH, CONSIDEREING IT WAS IN LONDON, IT WAS A GOOD VALUE AND I WOULD USE IT AGAIN.
