Outstanding Hotel

The Hilton Chicago-Michigan Ave Cultural Mile was excellent! The double beds with 2 baths were completely beyond our expectations! The health club, concierge, gift shop and other hotel services were outstanding. I lived in downtown Chicago on Michigan Avenue for 17 years. This return brought back all those fantastic memories ... and, made me wonder, "What was I thinking when I moved to Ohio 10 years ago!" ------------------------------------------

Classic / Historic Hotel

Hilton has retained the class and elegance of a historic hotel while providing amenities like a large modern athletic club. The staff is pleasant and very helpful and meals are reasonably priced. If you are adventurous, a wonderful city park is right across the street, the public bus stops in front of the hotel and the public train system is 3 safe blocks away.

Great location, costly services

Excellent location for attending the Chicago museums and orchestra. Lavish public spaces. Like many city hotels, however, this hotel charges a significant amount for internet use and charges for bag storage.

Great Hotel

This was our first stay in what we would call a luxury hotel. Found it online at a great rate. The room was huge. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were not used to such personal service. The only thing that we would have liked was a little cheaper menu at the restaurant. It was great otherwise. I would go back and I would recommend this hotel to others.

Great for the money and great location

Great price for the room and it was convenient walking distance to Museum Campus and the Downtown sites. Beautiful on the inside and the room was small but comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and being in a "fancy" hotel.

Great Hotel! Will stay again!!

This is a beautiful hotel. The service was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. We will be staying again. It is a short walk to the Shedd Aquarium and the Field Museum.
