    Hotel staff was efficient and very responsive to our needs and services such as valet and concierge. Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. When calling downstairs for information or service, they called you by name. Porters and valet were fast and courteous. Excellent hotel. Rooms were clean and large and had an excellent breakfast bar and staff.

    Great location but hotel is very large. I prefer small boutique hotels so it is hard for me to give it more than a 4. They were very helpful in answering questions and very professional like you would expect from a Hilton.
