Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 5Very Nice Hotel
This hotel was very nice. The staff was very helpful. The valet was a good price. The beach resort was a great price. I would return to this hotel.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 3 of 5Great room for the money
Housekeeping was lax. The rug under the cocktail table needed vacuuming and it took two days to get it done. Service otherwise was very good. Views south were great. Suite was beautifully appointed.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 5 of 5Horrible Service - Misleading Room Descriptions (There is NO Ocean View)
The service at the Hilton Bentley falls short even of that expected at a Motel6 despite the expensive rates. When we arrived, there was no one available to help valet the car or remove bags from the car. The hotel room we booked stated "Studio King Bed Oceanview" yet the window faced due West--exactly the opposite direction of the Atlantic Ocean (East) ! This is a bald faced lie on the part of Hilton Bentley. The desk staff was less than helpful and the Front Office Manager attempted to tell me that there were "Partial Ocean View" rooms and "Ocean View Rooms". Since our room faced 180 degrees opposite the Ocean, I cannot imagine what a "Partial Ocean View" room would be--perhaps basement windowless accommodations. In any case, the manager refused to move our four rooms to true Ocean View and finally admitted that there were only THREE (3) rooms that actually faced the ocean in the entire hotel (and that they were occupied. It is safe to say that I will never trust the room descriptions on Hotels.Com and I am doubtful I will ever use Hotels.Com to book a room again. I have not yet decided whether or not to bring a Federal False Advertising Claim against the Hilton Bentley, but I certainly would be justified in doing so.
