Trip Type: With Friends Review 1 of 441Worst hotel stay ever.
The water glasses in the room were not clean at all.. you could tell someone had juice in them because the pulp was dried against the glass. The drain in the bathtub was not assembled correctly. Tried to plug the tub and the drain popped right out because it wasnt screwed in. The "Disneyland view" room turned out to only show the top of the roller coaster in california adventure.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 441Great View
The rooms were small, but very clean and we had a great veiw of the fireworks at Disneyland from our window. The convenience of the hotel and the restaurants and Starbucks were added benefits. I would definately stay there again!

Trip Type: Romance Review 4 of 441Outstanding service!
My wife and I checked in and mentioned that it was my wife's birthday the following day. After a nice and exhausting day at Disneyland, we returned to the hotel to find chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. What a treat and the thoughtfulness of the staff didn't go unnoticed. Great hotel!

Trip Type: With Friends Review 6 of 441Small improvements needed
Our group booked and extended our stay through Hotels.com but the Hilton said they couldn't guarentee the executive suite that we paid for already, however, the week before our trip I called the Hilton to re-verify our stay and mentioned what I was told before and the guest service lady made sure we stayed in the same room for our added third night that we paid for online. Our group of four was a little bummed that the executive suite did not have a fridge and when the bathroom door slid to close there was a small crack, enough to see someone naked (possibly the other persons spouse). We notified the staff the following day and they fixed the door and put a fridge in our room (for no extra cost, usually $30). They turned our frown upside down. So the small improvements made our stay more enjoyable.

Trip Type: Family Review 7 of 441Outstanding Hotel near Disney
We wanted a comfortable and higher end hotel for our stay at Disney...so we could relax at the end of the day knowing we had lots of amenities. This hotel was amazing! Concierge even helped us celebrate our daughter's 5th birthday with a wake up call from "Cinderella". Food was great although the buffet is a bit pricey for an everyday breakfast. Rooms and beds were comfy and the Disney view room was fantastic. We watched the fireworks nightly from the comfort of our room in our PJs! We even found some inexpensive Disney souvenirs in one of the gift shops. All the staff was super accommodating and friendly. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Trip Type: Family Review 9 of 441Hilton...Never Again!
This was our family vacation to Disneyland and we decided to splurg on our hotel stay. We chose the Hilton becuase of a good deal,Disneyland Resort view and the beds looked comfortable. One would think that once the hotel stay was paid for that you would stop paying for it, Dead Wrong! Valet parking was $19 aday, and self parking was $15 aday! Which I wasn't informed till after I checked in, and the receptionist informed my father-in-law when he checked in. Checked my bank account and they already charged it! We went for the valet since it was only a couple dollars difference, but should of self parked it since we had to keep tipping the valet attendants. So $60+ down the drain just for parking. We had a king size bed and my in laws had two queens in their room and theirs came with a refrigirator. Ours didn't! We called to request one and the operator stated that there would be a one time fee of $30! Heck NO! The view was nice, if it didn't have a another tower blocking it! We had to go to my in laws to see the fireworks at night. The bathroom had slinding doors with no locks, so no privacy and we had little ones with us. No vent so was very stuffy. The water was cloudy, even when you ran it for awhile. The only good thing was the bed, very comfortable! I stayed at many hotels in the Disneyland area and they had more perks than this brand name hotel. Never again!

Amazing hotel for any Disneyland stay. I will definitely stay here again when I come down again.

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 441great price and location but....
This was a beautiful hotel and the rooms were reasonably priced. I was surprised at the affordability of the rooms given the fact that Disney and the Garden Walk were a 5-minute walk. The only drawback to the stay was that the minimalist decor to each room was a little too minimalist. There was not enough furniture or appliances for the convenience of the extended-stay guest. I think every room should have a small table and refrigerator/microwave combo. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel.

Trip Type: Business Review 14 of 441great room, needs more mirror and plug
Very nice, the only improvement I could suggest is another mirror with a plug close by for the blow dryer or curling iron. The only plug close to a mirror was in the bathroom, which makes it inconvienent when there are multiple women trying to get ready at the same time.

Trip Type: Romance Review 15 of 441Parking
The hotel was on par with cheaper hotels i've stayed in except the lobby was a lot nicer (if that even matters). There was a significant extra charge to park in their parking garage I did not anticipate. Free parking would have been nice.
