Great Suite for the money!!

My hubby and I got this suite after a wedding we attended nearby. The suite was beautiful, and the room service is exceptional. Friendly staff and great locale! Would recommend to anyone!!

Nice but needs Improvement

A nice hotel at Fairlawn. Good neighborhood & nice mall across the street. The total cleaning was not good, especially in the room and bathroom. But I have to say they have very good front desk people & quick maintenance when needed!

Comfortable Hotel not far from Stan Hywet Hall

Very friendly staff and nice amenities, including pool. I usually stay at lower-priced hotels, but this one was reasonable and so clean and comfortable that the slightly higher price for me was well worth it. Plus, it is not far from Stan Hywet Hall.

Outstanding Hotel

Very clean and beautiful hotel. Very comfortable room and bed. Restaurant was good too.

Great Room

High quality facility. Very helpful staff. The only improvement that I would like to see is more food selection of the Sunday Brunch.

Needs Improvement

It was troublesome because there were a lot of people who had a long talk on the passage. Because the door is thin, voices are heard as it is. In the parking lot, there was a person who said, "Lend it because there was no gasoline fee though the grandmother died and I wanted to return". Will it be a dangerous region?

Great Service

I had some trouble with a noisy floor I was on but it took some time to get me moved but when they did move me they put me in a gorgeous suite. It cost 3 times what I paid and they didn't charge me a dime extra. Can't ask for more than that!
