Wonderful hotel to stay at!!

The staff was very nice and helpful when we had questions. They always asked if we needed anything anytime they saw us. The seperate rooms were a very cool addition. The only trouble we had was trying to find the place! There was a lot of construction. However, if you call them, they can tell you exactly what to do to get there. we WILL stay here again!

Outstanding Hotel

The rooms were excellent, they have a cabin like atmosphere, the people at the front desk were very professional, very pleasant and very helpful. The only problem which was not hotels fault, was the major road construction on the road to get to the hotel. Overall it is a very nice hotel and the price is very reasonable.

this hotel was awsome. the rooms and the place. we were even able to see ratcoons close up. that was cool. i will come back to this hotel.

Economical Value

Quaint, rustic decor motel room. Right off highway; access road under construction. Very simple buffet breakfast.

wonderful place to stay,especially if you have children

The rooms are large, could sleep 6 -7 comfortably. Pool and hot tubs very clean. Wonderful cabin feel to hotel in the middle of San Antonio. Wish I had known about this hotel when my children were young. We would of had a blast.

Very accomodating

When we initially arrived, I was a little bit disappointed with our suite, but I got such a good deal on the room, I couldn't complain. When we started having serious issues with the room after the first day (mostly plumbing issues), we decided to say something. They immediately upgraded us to a recently renovated room which was spectacular! We had an amazing stay for the rest of the trip. Everyone there was extremely nice and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. They even left us extra sheets for our son's portable crib without us asking. It's a great place for extended visits especially.

There was a lot of construction around the hotel and the neighborhood wasn't the very best. But Overall it was a great stay

great room for the money

The staff is great. The setting surrounding the pool and play ground is great along with the porch looking out towards the pool and play ground. The rooms were nice and clean and spacious. The mattress however were very firm, but you can't beat the price. I would stay their again.

Stayed Here Before

So we pretty much knew what to expect. We were attending a real estate class right next door so the location was perfect for us. Glad to see they are doing some renovations. The hotel is comfy, but beginning to look a little "down at the heels".

Great hotel for multiple family members!

We had to sleep 5 adults and 2 kids and would have had to get 2 hotel rooms at a regular hotel. This worked out perfectly with lots of sleeping space and 2 bathrooms. Decor was beautiful with granite counters and stainless appliances in a fully furnished kitchen. Loved the porch to sit and enjoy the evening. Pool was also warm and had a shallow part (24 inches?) for my 2 year old. Continental breakfast was cereal, yogurt, bagels and beverages. Would suggest you arrive early because it gets crowded in the lobby. Close enough to downtown, approximately 10 minutes to part in the Rivercenter Mall. To conclude, absolutely loved it and consider it WELL worth the money.
