Hospitality at it's greatest

This is the best deal ever. It feels like you are home than an hotel room. The staff is toooooooooooo friendly and I am a sucker for customer service.

The hotel was nice, comfortable, especially for the price! The outside was a little out-dated and lobby had a little odor but overall was nice

Lots of space for little money

This is a converted apartment complex. We rented a 2 bdrm 2 bath, which actually is a queen bed in a loft and queen bed set off of the living room. Lots of room with fireplace (like you need that in TX but nice to look at). I will come back here when in Dallas.

nice hotel-needs some improvement-good for the money

GREAT place to stay!!

The room was much larger than I anticipated. It was very comfortable, the staff was super nice and very attentive to my needs. I intend to stay here next time I visit Dallas on business!! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Dallas area for business/family/vacation. Thanks Hawthorne - two thumbs up!!

Great for the money

The hotel was great for the money. The outside of hotel was a little dirty, but the interior of the room exceeded my expectations. The interior was a tad bit outdated, but the hotel offered all the comforts of home! I would recommend this hotel to any family.

This was a great value for the money

This hotel is older property but the room was a great value for the money. Unique property, a convert apartment complex..

Nice quiet setting

This is a great place to stay if you have 'business' downtown or in the hospital area. It is a nice, quiet setting. I am not sure I needed a dishwasher, but the fridge and microwave are nice. Also, very happy with the free wireless connection.

Initial Room Temp 43 Degrees

The intial room temperature was 43 degrees and took more than 5 hours to warm up to 68 degrees. Thus my family sat in their coats till after midnight instead of relaxing. The hotel staff was not very helpful, the simply asked if the heat was working now and where we could go to buy a firelog for the fireplace. Also outside the rain gutter leaked on the stairs dousing you as you go up or down. Other than that the room itself was fine.

Great stay for the money

Looks/feels like an apartment. Full kitchen, pull out sofabed, fireplace and balcony. Enough room for my husband and me and our two small children. Will definitely stay again.
