What's not to like?

What's not to like? The room looked brand new, friendly staff, great location and quiet. I loved the kitchen in our room and a great full breakfast downstairs! We would love stay here again and would recommend it for any traveler.

Nice Stay

Good breakfast. Large TV's in rooms. Room did smell of perfume from cleaning products.

Needs improvement.

Great room for the money

We stay at this hotel every time we come to see our daughter. It is so convenient to everything. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great hotel in a Great Location

I am a big fan of another hotel chain but couldn't secure a room there for the Texas State Fair. We were pleasantly surprised. For the price, it was a great suite complete with a full kitchen. Breakfast was as good as we've had elsewhere and better than most. Addison has more restaurants than anywhere we've ever been so you won't lack for food! The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful.

Great Location At A Great Price

I'vw stayed at several hawthorn Suites and have yet to be disappointed. The hotel is in a great location with over 170 restaurants in a 4 mile radius. They serve a decent (not great) hot breakfast buffet. If you like shopping, the Galleria is only about 1.5 miles away. I'll be staying at this hotel again when I go to dallas. I highly recommend!!!!!

Great room for the money

I was surprised with all the amenities the Hawthorn Suites had to offer. I enjoyed having a mini kitchen fully supplied and ready to use. I felt like I wasn't too far away from home. I enjoyed breakfast. The front staff was always welcoming coming and going with a smile. I felt safe and thank you again for making my stay enjoyable at the Hawthorn Suites in Addison, TX

Great People

From the moment we set foot in the hotel we felt that we were among friends. Everyone was quite friendly - and the breakfast was great!! We will return.

ONE NIGHT AND ONE NIGHT ONLY!!!

THE ROOM WAS ADEQUATE IN SIZE AND CLEAN. THE BREAKFAST WAS HOT AND HIGH QUALITY. THE ROOM WAS STUFFY AROUND 1AM SO WE TURNED ON THE A/C SYSTEM. THE AC COMPRESSOR KICKED ON AND THE MOST HORRID ROAR WAS EMITTED FROM THE VENT IN THE BEDROOM. THE HARMONIC NOISE IT MADE WAS SO PAINFUL I COULD NOT SLEEP. WE HAD TRAVELED ALL DAY AND IT WAS LATE SO WE TOUGHED IT OUT. I ASKED THE FRONT DESK FOR A REFUND AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD LOOK INTO IT. HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK. I THINK THEY SHOULD REFUND MY PAYMENT, AS THE NIGHT WAS MISERABLE.

Great room for the money

I was expecting a lot less for the price I paid. I was really impressed by the ammenities that this room had to offer. I didn't realize that it had a kitchen set-up when I booked my reservations. That was nice. It even offered all the cookware, dishes, silverware and glasses to make it more like a home away from home!! I just wish my stay would of been longer.
