Ant Problem

We stayed at this hotel several times and this is the first time we have run across an ant problem on the 3rd flooe in E wing. Black ants, and not small ones either!!

Pros and Cons

Pros- Great location.. 15 mins. from downtown Hartford. Hidden away, very nice secluded area. Staff very nice, with gorgeous clean lobby, room, pool/jacuzzi, and eating facilities. Cons-Desk staff understaffed, or on phone while standing and waiting on line. Breakfast only included if you pay for the package.. Slightly dissapointing. If any delusions of sleeping in, forget it.. Loud slamming doors all am. Room clean and adequate, but nothing spectacular other than the flat screen tv.

Great room, kids loved it

The hotel is located in an area that is more for business travellers. But the hotel itself is very nice and family friendly. The beds are very comfortable, but a queen size bed would be best for 3 kids. We especially liked the breakfast we received as part of our room package, in a nice restaurant with a wonderful buffet selection.

Very Nice Hotel

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and even had a nice flat screen. Staff was very nice, and even the food in the restaurant was very good.

Fantastic

I traveled to this hotel to be close to a local amusement/water park. I was so pleasantly surprised by the overall first impression of the lobby, the staff and the room. They let me choose from several available rooms and suggested which one might work out best for me (I was traveling with three small children). I really appreciated the special consideration of my needs and was so pleased with the convenient room they gave me. Our room rate included breakfast, and I can not say enough about the deliciousness of the food. It was amazing. I will stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone. Overall it exceeded my expectations.

VERY NICE

HOTEL KIND OF HIDDEN, BUT NICELY OFF HIGHWAY. CLEAN LOBBY, CLEAN ROOMS, SOME WITH BALCONIES TO OUTDOOR POOL. ALSO HAS INDOOR POOL. BREAKFAST WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. PILLOWS NOT GOOD BED PRETTY COMFORTABLE THOUGH. FLAT SCREEN
