Nice but expensive, and parking isn't free unless you gamble.

Title pretty much says it all. I think I would have stayed at the W had I known that parking wouldnt be free as Harrah's said it was, I suppose I should have read the fine print. It's an expensive room but nicely furnished as I expected. There were a few finger-nail clippings on the ottoman, but other than that the room was sufficiently clean.

Great room when complimentary

A bit pricy if one is paying the full fare, this hotel makes up for it by being in the perfect place for nearby Mardi Gras parades and festivities, or the local culture at other times. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the parking policy (free if you play 30 minutes at the casino) is a smart idea that was easy to do.

Outstanding Hotel

Service is impecable. Each hotel employee called us by name everytime we went in or left the hotel.

Very comfortable room

I was very happy with my room. The bathroom especially was not only sparklingly clean but spacious and comfortable. I felt very much at home. For the first time in a very long time I wanted to stay a while longer in my hotel accommodation. I wish to take the opportunity to thank the management and staff at Harrahs New Orleans Casino and Hotel for making my visit a pleasurable one.

Outstanding place

Great place. outstanding service. I was extremely impressed with this place. I only stayed one night on business but I will definitely return again. Food was excellent at the brewery downstairs across the walk toward the casino.
