Harrah's Resort Atlantic City

My wife and I stayed Thursday night and Friday night. Thursday night was not very busy, and you could find plenty of open slot machines. Friday night, there were quite a few young adults attending the "Pool party" night club. Unfortunately, a few drunk party-goers walked by our room late at night talking loudly. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs if you stay the weekend. When we checked out on Saturday around noon, the lobby and casino were very busy. We attempted to take the casino shuttle to Caesar's Palace, but it took longer than we were willing to wait. I recommend the Jitneys for two dollars and twenty-five cents per person each way. They are fast and efficient.

Harrah's Hotel had a very friendly and helpfull staff from check in to the parking attendant. Would stay there again.

Great rates, excellent customer service, Room Service was AMAZING, VERY clean, bed was VERY comfortable... One of the best hotels ever stayed in!! Highly Recommended!!

1st Time at Harrah's/Atlantic City

I was initially concerned about check-in when we first walked into the hotel at 4pm (check-in time) and saw all the people but they had self check-in kiosks and we were checked in and on our way to our room within minutes. Room was clean, bathroom large with beautiful tile and enough towels. King size bed comfortable. Food a bit expensive but overall we enjoyed at stay at Harrah's.

Good for a Weekend Getaway

Everything was great except room cleaning service doesn't come until 3 in the afternoon.

Great restaurants in the hotel. Dinner was really top notch. Breakfast in our room was truly outstanding. Polite staff. Good casino.

Outstanding buffet

On Friday,are first day at the hotel,we were looking for some place to eat.As we walk near the first floor pool,we saw this buffet.What luck,it was lobster night,The meal was great.

not worthy"do not waste your money"

first of all, must be 21 or older to go into swimming pool (im 23 and my wife is 20, she was unable to into pool) 2nd when got to room - no water present in room to drink, 3rd bedding was ripped up and damages (looks like it wasn't even clean and pillows had hair on it with feathers coming out, when call front dest, 20 minutes later came the supivisor and said "oh o.k" he did send someone with new bedding, the housekeeper just came and throw the items on the floor (never order room service $46.00 for 1 pizza and 1 bottle of 12oz soda and 1 chicken caseda) $5.00 a bottle of pepsi, when yo go to the vending machine and get it for $1.50) what a ripe off. had to check out and stays at holiday inn (waybetter hotel) last but not least, forgot the tooth brush in the car, when call front desk - they cannot help you with anything (wat a bunch of rip off)

WORTH THE MONEY TO ME!

I was very pleased with the hotel and its accommodations. When we first arrived we used the self service checking so that only took the most 5 mins. It’s easier and much faster then staying on those long lines. (FYI) The room was very comfortable and spacious. We stayed at the Harbor suites and the bathroom was very big and spacious. What I didnt like was the fact that there were only two towles in the room and one of them got messed up and we asked roomservice for more and they never came! The food was great and the Breakfast buffet was wonderful. The pool sight was beautiful. The scenery makes you feel like you’re in the Caribbean. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that you can only get into the Pool Party after Dark if you’re dressed up casually. Ladies had to wear dresses and men had to wear slacks and dress shoes. I didn’t know that ahead of time because I thought it was a "Pool Party" that mad no sense. So we didn’t get a chance to go in and enjoy it but next time we will be more prepared. I would deff. stay again though.

Disgusted!!

I am absolutely horrified by the way I was treated at this hotel. Don't bother trying to find something if you lose it. The hotel does not help. I was so upset about the way people were handeled and moved around from person to person when they had a problem. Absolutely nothing was done, and then when I tried to speak to someone about how upset I was, they yelled at me!!! Absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated.

Have stayed in a number of hotels in AC. This was by far the smokiest, and the room had an overwhelming orange smell. Nice room, but not recommended for those with sensitive noses.
