Terrace Hotel

Needs to have cleaner rooms. Plus waste containers in bathrooms. Only one chair in room, when there was two persons. Elevators were not working. Had to use service elevator. Employees not very friendly.

Great room/hotel

Be careful of this property if you need wi-fi. They charge $11.95 plus tax for wi-fi service. Very outrageous, I think.

Nothing Special

We were placed in a satellite hotel about a mile away from the casino - a free bus ran every 15 mins or so. Small pool, small bar no real personality.

Absolutly amazing stay

My wife and I had never been to Tunica before, and this was a better experience stay at Harrahs then in Las vegas. The check-in process took about 5 mins. The rooms were AMAZING. From the plush bed to the pillows to the view. everything was absolutly amazing. People at Harrahs was very friendly went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Not sure how the other hotels were and we really dont care, but when we ever go back down to tunica we will be staying at harrahs and booking thru HOTELS.COM thats for sure. Its also in a great area very safe and they also have 24 hr security patrolling the paking area. Thanks hotels.com

Great room for the money

Large flat screen TV was a suprise.

If You Don't Mind The Shuttle...

I booked this room thinking that I would be staying in a hotel that was attached or next door to the casino - wrong! Turns out, we were down the road from the casino and had to take a shuttle bus (which stopped at 3am) to and from the casino. I was no impressed.

Very Nice

The hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful. The room was very nice and the view was amazing. After being on the road and in a Demolition Derby all night it was just what we needed. The beds were so comfortable it was like we just sank right in and were fast asleep. I would recommend and would gladly stay here again!

Nice Hotel

I have no problem with the facilities they were very nice. Customer service was only mediocre any service I asked for in the hotel i.e. a tooth brush took 10 minutes to get. My wife and I ordered a coffee beverage in the coffee shop, the server moved in slow motion. I did not expect them to move at lightning speed, but I was not impressed with their service. The room was spacious and nicely furnished, the bed was unusually firm, too hard for my comfort. I would consider staying their again for the casino, but not so much for the hotel itself.

Not as Requested

The hotel was nice and offered quite a bit, however I booked a Non-Smoking Room with a king bed and ended up in a smoking room with to beds the AC was not working properly so it was a little hot.
