Great Place..Great Time

A fabulous B & B.........great hot breakfast both days.can't wait to go back to Boothbay Harbor

Needs Improvement

This B&B is not what I have come to expect from B&B's. Although the innkeeper is a very nice man and was very helpful and the rooms were clean & mattresses were comfortable (pillows were hard), it has not been maintained well (peeling wallpaper, outdated decorating...) We have always had WONDERFUL breakfasts at other B&B's...this "breakfast" consisted of bagels, orange juice, coffee and dry cereal. Unless price was a major concern, I would probably not stay there again when there are many other B&B's in the same area...

Cozy and Convenient

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location, quiet with nice views of the harbor from the deck. Our room was quaint, clean and comfortable. We would definately stay here again!!
