Great Rooms considering

Rooms was nice, we didnot get to use what we like the most from a oceanview room, the patio. The patio was full of bugs,and spiders of all types, it was very dirty and was in no condition to sit on or enjoy. I found it quite odd that the surroundings encluding the hotel was all in the dark, after the sun goes in, it's like you have nothing to do or no place to go. Everything goes completely dark, there are no street lights anywhere around. So if you like during things after 6pm this may not be the place for you.

Great Hotel tucked away from civilization

Beautiful Hotel with a great staff. Located right on the beach with 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor and a hot tub. If you're looking to be near the action, this is not the hotel for you. You will be about 15-20 minutes away from grocery stores and retail stores.

Great place and great hotel

Wonderful hotel and setting. Fantastic Jaccuzzi in room facing the ocean. Very helpful staff and nice breakfast.

Quality Lacking

The main reception area was well kept but my room lacked proper maintenance and cleanliness. The lock on the balcony door was stuck and had to be replaced and the room door was also tricky and stuck at times. The shower rod was loose which was probably the cause of the mold on the tile grout. Dusting and vacuuming of the room was not done well and I'm talking about table tops and lint and dirt on the carpet. The bedspreads had seen their day because the stuffing was bunched up in lumps. I was very disappointed with the quality.

Great location, very clean and large rooms. Would definately stay there again!!

IT'S A GREAT STAY

We enjoy the Outer Banks and this hotel is a very nice place to stay while there. It's convenient to everything. It's clean and well run. It's right on the ocean. It's a little north of Duck, NC so much less congested traffic wise. They also offer a full breakfast every morning. If you have to state a downside it does not have an in house restaurant or lounge. But there are plenty near by. Will we stay there again? You betcha!!

Wonderful hotel

We only stayed for one night but had a wonderful time. Having three pools, a hot breakfast served till 10:30, and being oceanfront made this a wonderful stay. our room was large and comfortable and beautifully decorated.

Above and Beyond

This place went beyond our expectations. The level of service by everyone from the desk clerk to the maintenance folks we met in the hall was one of friendly welcome. We have already recommended this place to several of our friends

Great relaxing get away.

We arrived the same time of a North Easter storm. Had the weather been better our stay would have been perfect. The weather cleared up on our last day. We were able to enjoy the beach and surounding areas from the outside not from inside our car. The hotel was great. It was one of the best hotel nights sleep I had in a long time. Quiet !
