Great time!

We had a great time...celebrating our anniversary and the hotel staff was SO helpful in recommending great restaurants. Loved the beach access, we went off season so the water was ice cold but the beach was beautiful. Only thing I didn't like was how LOUDLY the doors closed in our hallway...very tough to sleep in the morning when doors are slamming every few minutes. Room was great, nice view of the ocean, definitely would recommend to others.

OUTSTANDING

GREAT LOCATION, OFF THE BEATEN PATH BUT CLOSE TO AREA ATTRACTIONS. ROOM WAS WONDERFUL, CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. STAFF WAS BEYOND ANY OTHERS I HAVE ENCOUNTERED ELSWHERE. VERY HELPFUL FRIENDLY AND KNEW YOUR NAME WHEN YOU PASSED THEM. IF YOU NEEDED ANYTHING, THEY LITERALLY JUMPED RIGHT ON IT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE AND LOOK FORWARD TO STAYING HERE AGAIN

Can't beat it!!!!

This hotel was great. Friendly people. Secluded yet prime location. Right on the beach (which was very clean). Nice pools. The indoor pool was great for the rainy day. The breakfast was perfect and I will always stay here when I am in the outer banks. It is rare to go to some place and have it exceed your expectations. The outer banks far exceeded my expectations and the hotel was a big part of that.

A bit far from Hatteras and points south, bathroom could have been cleaner. Overall ok.

Very nice place to stay. Excellent breakfast. We were treated very well. Staff was very friendly and accomodating to questions. Would recommend.

A nice getaway

The location was much more private than other hotels that i searched - however, for a short weekend, it required more driving than expected. the hot tub was HUGE!! fantastic. the room was spacious, and the front desk quickly greeted us by name. Granted it was during the slow season, but my only regret was that i did not have more time there!

Wonderful Front Desk Service

Very polite, attentive staff. Once we got up to our room, the front desk called to see if everything was satisfactory for our stay. We were delighted! The free breakfast each morning is great. Lots to choose from.

Happpily Surprised

The hotel was great, better than expected. The only issues that we had with the visit was that we were off season, so many of the shops and restaurants were closed, but that had nothing to do with the Hotel. Great place, staff, and a much better area than nearby towns like Kill Devils Hill. Great stay.
