Good room for the money

Free hot breakfast and cheap happy hours in the hotel lobby make this hotel a good value.

Very convenient on the Plaza

Very close to the Country Club Plaza, comfortable and elegant decor, large indoor pool, wonderfully convenient parking garage, adequate breakfast. We wish Hampton Inns would use queen-size beds rather than fulls.

Double charged

Unfortunately we were double charged for our night...we paid thru hotels.com, then were asked to leave our credit card for incidentals and they charged us for the room again. I have been on the phone for three days now trying to get this rectified with not luck, being transferred from one person to another, being told it's taken care of, but then after checking with my bank...it is not. The room was nice, in a pretty good location on the plaza. But I would not recommend this hotel strictly on the basis that the problem I have had with them has not been mended. Nor do they even act as if they care to reverse the double charges. So, I'll have to contact my bank and dispute the charges.

GREAT HOTEL

I absolutely love the clean rooms and luxurious bedding. Elegant - Clean and Comfortable, thats Hampton Inn.

Wonderful for a relaxing night

My wife and I stayed here for a relaxing night away from the kids. The bed is very relaxing and comfortable. We were able to enjoy the shopping that was only 2 blocks from the hotel. I will stay here again when we go to visit!

Hotel night manager needs improvement

we have stayed at this location numerous times, but on this trip the night manager was very surley and unpleasant. Most likely will try another hotel in the Plaza area on next trip.

Not the greatest stay..............

The computers were broke down at check-in so we had a lengthy wait. The room was hot forcing us to open the windows to cool the room. If it was not for the great convenience to the Plaza, I would nor stay here again.

Great Hotel

The breakfast was convenient and good, the beds were great. Walking up the hill from the Plaza was a bit much, but besides that, it was great.

Great except for one thing

We really enjoyed our hotel. The location, cleanliness, price, and service was great. Our room was nice and the bathroom roomy. Our only complaint was that the free breakfast buffet was lacking. The biscuits were not fresh and the sausage gravy was stone cold and inedible.
