awesome stay

Great hotel, wonderful, pleasant staff who went out of their way to make my stay memorable. Im acutally moving to Charlotte and I will stay at this hotel each time until my final move. Thank you

Very nice hotel...

Conveience to locations was wonderful, as was the area. The breakfast was a great way to start our busy schedule everyday. The food was very good. We were greeted upon arrival and throughout our stay by very friendly personell.Our stay made our reunion with our dear friend very wonderful. On a slight down side...the alarm clock and the fridge didn't work. It really didn't affect us although it might affect someone elses stay. Also I would reccommend that they not so down grades on their amenities while the guests are in their room. We had a tv person come in to make down grade to tv channels while we were in our room. Didn't look good for the hotel. I realize we are all trying to make adjustments now days to save...just didn't seem appropriatde to cut channels in front of your guests.:)

Great Hotel

This was a great hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The refrigerator didn't work but the front desk took care of that. If i went back to Concord I would definently stay here again!

Outstanding for Verizon Pavillion vacation

We recently drove to Charlotte, NC to see Nine Inch Nails on June 12th, 2009. We checked into the Hampton Inn at Concord and were surprised that the rooms were sort of small. Nonetheless, the jacuzzi worked when we got back from the concert and there was great hot water and pressure for the morning showers. We were also served excellent continental/hot breakfast with fresh coffee and french toast sticks. Just what we needed after an intense night. Thanks Hampton Inn!!! We are definitely staying again whenever we visit Charlotte again...

Outstanding

My party consisted of 6 people and 4 rooms and we all agreed that comfort of the the beds and the pillows was especially outstanding. I have stayed there twice now and will attempt to stay there any time I'm in the Charlotte area.
