    We frequent the Boston area regularly for business, and have now stayed at this hotel several times. The shuttle service throughout the city is a huge plus. The shuttle, breakfast, good rooms, and friendly staff keep us coming back. There's not much around the area within walking distance for any kind of nightlife or walking about, but you have a shuttle service and taxi rides are no more then $10 to anywhere in the city. Unless another great deal pops up that's too good to refuse, we generally look for vacancies with this hotel first.

    The hotel staff was less than helpful. My bathroom toilet overflowed, and no one came to fix it -- ever! We asked the front desk to call a taxi, and they suggested we just get in their shuttle van. When we declined, and asked for a taxi, we waited for more than 45 minutes for a taxi. Reason being? The first time we asked, no one had called for one. I have stayed in other Hampton Inn Suites, and the service has been hospitable. This location I believe, does not know what hospitality is.

Location. The Hampton Inn Suites Boston is located at the Boston-Crosstown Center and stands adjacent to the Boston Medical Center in Boston, Mass. This property is positioned one mile from the Boston Ballet, Copley Place and Symphony Hall. Newbury Street is located less than two miles away.
