Outstanding Hotel and Services

Our experience at this hotel was excellent. The service, cleanliness, area, and pleasantness of personel was much appreciated. We would not hesitate to recomment this hotel to friends and business associates. We shall stay here again when we come to this area.

Awesome Hotel

The layout of the king room was great. Very comfortable. Extremely clean. I checked in the wee hours of the morning. The staff was just as friendly at that time than the person who checked me out the next day.

Wonderful Overnight Stay

Very friendly, choice of pillow type & comfortable beds, quiet, nice clean breakfast area and room.

Very Comfortable

The bed and pillows were the best I have had at a hotel. I usually have a hard time sleeping at a hotel but I didn't here.

Outstanding Hotel

Room was clean and pleasant. Bed was very comfortable. Staff quickly corrected the situation when we were given the wrong type (double beds instead of king).

SMALL BUT QUALITY

ROOM WAS SMALLER THAN OTHERS. HAMPTON INN QUALITY HOWEVER WAS PRESENT. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF.

Worst customer service ever!!!

This expensive hotel only had one customer service employee for the entire night shift and he didn't know anything about phone usage charge. He was unable to make any accommodation customers need. It was the worst hotel experience ever.

Good Hotel

The Hampton Inn Rocky Hill is a good choice. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is fine, although not terribly exciting. The staff are helpful, but not exceedingly friendly. It can be a bit tricky finding the entrance. You can see the hotel from a distance, but the access road isn't clearly marked. Overall, good hotel, good value.
