Great Service and Location

We were just a block from the Bourbon St action. Anytime we needed something (towels, new alarm clock) it was sent up right away. The breakfast was fine and the beds were comfy. I'm glad I choose to stay here.

A Great Room at a Great price!

A great stay! The room was exceptionally comfortable, especially for the price we paid, and the location was wonderful. We were in very close walking distance to great food and spirits, as well as the French Quarter. We will certainly return on our next visit!

needs improvement

The CLOUD-9 beds were GREAT AS USUSAL! However, this particular facility has an obvious maintenance problem; in addtion to charging an extra day of parking for all members of the party with peristent refusal to rectify the erroneous parking charges. While some of the personnel lacked the quality of customer service for which Hampton usually known--in fairness, management did attempt to make amends for the inadequate maintenance and it subsequent inconvenience. However, currently, they are still refusing to return the extra parking fee to my account.

Beautiful room within walking distance of the Superdome. Very friendly, helpful staff.

perfect for the family

the motel is located in the perfect place. Amongst beautiful high buildings with history at every corner. The boys hit canal street while we wonder to bourbon street. Oh yea, the trolly is in front of hotel and will take you to uptown almost 10 miles away.

The hotel was in walking distance of all major attractions in the French Quarter area. It was also right near the Trolley stop in case you wanted to tour the Garden District or other areas.

Great room, very nice staff, great value

I was expecting much less. The complimentary breakfast was very substantial, the room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was exceptionally nice.

Great Room

I compleatly reccomend this hotel to anyone that is staying in new orleans. it's in walking distance to everything[bourbon, superdome/arena]. its also secure, you have to use your room key for the elevator & front door for them to work. The only compaint is that you have to valet park & its $30. the breakfast wasnt too great eaither, its good if you want a quick bite but other then that it was great. clean comfy room!

Not happy

The hotel was clean and very accessible to downtown New Orleans. However, we had some major issues with the parking and were not given any assistance with our problems. Very unhappy with ending result and will not use this hotel again.

OK place to stay

Comfortable bed, close to Burbon str. Decent breakfast if you are not too picky,it covers the basics. Found grounds still left in coffee machine and not wiped down after room was "cleaned".No coffee replaced after the first pot the 1st couple of days, but still worth the stay
